If at the date of my death the directors or managing body of Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee determine the Stated Purpose is not possible or practical, the directors or managing body of Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee shall have the sole discretion to apply the funds to another use directly associated with the Stated Purpose as determined in the sole discretion of the directors or managing body of Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee.
Specific Bequest
TO PAY to Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee, or its successor organization, for its general purposes the sum of ^^ ($^^) dollars [or ____% of the residue of my estate], and I declare that this sum shall be used by Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee as to both capital and income for any purposes permitted by the by‑laws of Innisfail Health Centre Fundraising Committee, either immediately or at any time or times and in any amounts determined by the directors or managing body thereof; provided that nothing herein shall prohibit the investment of this sum or of any part thereof which is not required for immediate expenditure.
